Babbling Brook - Winter

Babbling Brook is nestled next to a small stream on the South Shore road.  A double bay garage leads to a finely crafted entrance over a bridge into the house.  On the first floor you will find a large entryway with plenty of storage.  This floor also has a full laundry room, half bath, and an office. 

The  2nd floor features a second entrance with more storage.  Babbling Brook has a vaulted living room with a wall full of windows and a large stone fireplace.  The kitchen is ample with an island.  There is a dining room off the living room that seats 6 that overlooks the beautiful back yard.  This floor also has a  full bath with bathtub and the 1st bedroom with  a queen bed that looks out on to the back deck.  The back deck and BBQ area, look on to a wooded lot and the “babbling brook.”
