First is The Cottage located directly at the water’s edge of 4th Lake offering a fantastic view and one of the best outside play areas on the Fulton Chain of Lakes. The interior of The Cottage is an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen all in one great room. Living room offers a center brick fireplace, knotty pine interior walls and carpeting. Off to either side of this living space are 2 nice size bedrooms and a full bath. The kitchen has knotty pine cabinets, plenty of windows and a door leading to a screened in porch facing the perfectly manicure lawn to the lake.

In addition is The Tree House right behind The Cottage.

A stones throw away, The Tree House is a 2 bedroom plus loft 1 bath, all of which has just been totally renovated. Large open living, dining and kitchen area, with lots of knotty pine. Cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, windows facing the lake and the extra loft sleeping area on the second floor.

To complete this delightful package is the Right of Way cottage. The ROW offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with shower on the lower level. An open galley kitchen in the middle. Lots of knotty pine interior walls thru out, a sunken living room with several windows offering an outside view. A large dinning area and enclosed porch. The rustic staircase to the upper level is a nice, loft area plus another bedroom with attached full bathroom and its own garden tub.

Enjoy the beautiful shores with a sandy bottom swimming area, spacious docking, Chimenea's on each of the cottages patio and a wide open lawn area to congregate or relax.

Neodack Shores is truly the perfect getaway for those families that want to vacation together but would like their own space. Boathouse is not to be used by the renters.
